Privacy policy
This privacy policy explains which personal data FixedIP.be processes, why, and what rights you have.
1. Controller
ROKR Services BV, Meidoornlaan 49, 9230 Wetteren, Belgium, company number BE0788.717.490. For questions about your data: info@fixedip.be.
2. What data
- Contact and customer data: name, company name, email address, telephone number, billing address and VAT number.
- Billing: invoices, payments and the subscription you have.
- Technical service data: the public key of your tunnel, the IP addresses and subnet we assign to you, the public IP address from which your tunnel connects, and the time of the last connection.
- Messages: what you send us by email.
- Website visits: the web server keeps technical log files for a short time (IP address, time, requested page) to secure the site.
We do not inspect, store or sell the content of the traffic that passes through your tunnel.
3. Why and on what legal basis

4. How long
- Customer and technical data: for as long as your subscription runs, and thereafter for a maximum of 1 year for any questions or disputes.
- Invoices and accounting records: for as long as the law requires (currently 10 years).
- Technical website log files: a maximum of 30 days.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We only share it with:
- service providers we need in order to serve you, such as our accountant, our accounting and invoicing software and our email provider, in each case with a data processing agreement where required;
- public authorities and judicial bodies, where the law requires us to do so.
The service itself runs on our own network (AS210890) in Belgium.
6. Cookies
The website only uses cookies that are necessary for it to work (a session cookie and a security cookie against forged form submissions). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, nor any third-party trackers.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to have its processing restricted, to object to the processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, send an email to info@fixedip.be. We will reply within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
8. Security
We protect your data with appropriate technical and organisational measures. The tunnels are encrypted with WireGuard; you keep your private key yourself.
9. Changes
We may amend this policy. The date of the last change is shown at the bottom of this page.
